  • Provide strategic KPI dashboard and benchmarks that help steer all market-facing functions.
  • Recommend business steering measures to the company Senior Management based on regular portfolio analysis.
  • Support managing, steering and implementation of strategy-building dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business units and design report frame-works, and work with reporting teams to build and maintain reports in BAU.
  • Collaborate with other functions on reporting needs for all Canadian market facing functions.
  • Support all market-facing functions and executive management with ad-hoc analytics as needed.
  • Support LoB/Mkt Management front-line Business Planning, target setting and monitoring of all relevant production, claims and front-door metrics.
  • Collaborate with all regional and global functions to support the analytics as needed.
  • Maintain and improve the data governance process to ensure complete, current, timely and accurate management information.
  • Maintain data integrity and collaborate with local, regional and global functions to maintain data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain adequate data quality indicators and improve data quality over time.
  • Continuously build, improve and innovate data, analytics and reporting capability.
  • Drive innovation and the development of new processes and services.
  • Leverage existing and new technologies to support data needs of market-facing functions.
  • Bachelor Degree: Degree preferred, in e.g., Engineering, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science; Actuarial courses preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years: Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Experience managing projects/programs within insurance.
  • Implementation management.
  • Experience working in international organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to present project status updates as required.
  • Familiarity with latest technology trends.
  • Ability to translate findings from analytics to concrete suggestion for business steering and opportunities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Expert analytical skills.
