  • Leading business development/client management functions in terms of the following activities.
  • Managing and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as the acquisition of new clients.
  • Delivering Product Development services to our targeted clients.
  • Identifying valuable business opportunities and driving company's cross functional teams to deliver an optimal solution for our clients and the company.
  • Negotiating for solutions offered to be relevant and commercially attractive to clients whilst satisfying the company’s profitability requirements.
  • Leading the treaty preparation, review, and execution process with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering quality client experience by ensuring timely and client centric responses.
  • Organizing and coordinating client events and activities.
  • Supporting the execution of SEA L&H reinsurance strategy and monitoring of business performance.
  • Contributing on innovative ideas in product design and connecting with distribution frameworks in SEA team.
  • Participating and supporting regional and global initiatives and projects.
  • Delivering industry presentations to enhance company’s brand.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant life insurance or reinsurance experience, with at least 2-3 years in client.
  • Outgoing, confident with excellent social skills, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • SEA market knowledge and proficiency in Thai/ Vietnamese language would be advantageous.
  • Actuarial background would be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience in technical aspects of reinsurance solutions.
  • Comfortable in presenting and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to clients and in industry seminars.
