  • Pricing of personal lines products portfolio, maintaining rating structure, competitor monitoring and price optimisation.
  • Perform month-end valuation of insurance liabilities and financial reporting closing.
  • Support reinsurance, MAS reporting and business planning projections.
  • Support the preparation of budget and business plan forecasts.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence and data team to deliver business insight.
  • Actuarial science or data science discipline.
  • 4 - 6 years in building and implementing models, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge about Singapore RBC and other reporting requirements that general insurers in Singapore have to comply with.
  • Strong programming skills; R, Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in building technical cost / demand models or other data science projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present and influence stakeholders on complex ideas.
  • Willing to be hands-on.
  • Ability to learn things quickly and have an inquisitive nature on technology.
