  • Assist in experience studies and to provide deeper insight of hidden information, which can be value added to the business. This role goes beyond the traditional experience A/E monitoring and actuarial assumptions derivation.
  • Assist in the inforce management projects to deep dive on experience drivers and propose recommendations to improve customer experience and inforce value to the company. This includes to liaise with various stakeholders on different inforce management initiatives.
  • Assist in the regular experience monitoring and highlight/ investigate variance in experience and its root causes.
  • Assist in agency compensation management initiatives, including business case assessment, experience monitoring and compensation review. This role goes beyond the typical experience monitoring and ideas are required for a successful business case assessment.
  • Assist in any other initiatives/ projects.
  • Good progress of actuarial exams.
  • At least 4 -6 years of working experience with good understanding of data and actuarial experience monitoring.
  • Good knowledge of insurance market and knowledge.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and QlikView.
