  • Run established processes, data preparation, reporting and reconciliation.
  • Build, maintain and document data and management information reporting processes within the Pricing function.
  • Build and refresh technical and customer behaviour models and tariffs in line with company P&C best practice approach.
  • Make best use of available and emerging datasets to develop innovative pricing approaches and identify emerging pricing issues in the market.
  • Collaborate with the relevant product portfolio managers, sharing knowledge and developing new products and solutions to business problems.
  • Support organisational wide strategic projects with technical pricing knowledge.
  • Create and sustain strong working relationships with all internal and company stakeholders.
  • Participate in international group pricing projects, as required.
  • Minimum of 2.1 result in a relevant third level qualification e.g.; Actuarial Science, Maths, Economics and Finance, Statistics.
  • Demonstrated competency with relevant data manipulation software, e.g. SAS, R, SQL.
  • Commitment to working toward the company P&C Accreditation on appointment.
  • Previous experience in general insurance pricing or data analytics.
  • Prior experience using computer languages eg VBA, C#, Python.
  • Prior experience in working within a corporate or financial services environment.
