  • Support technical pricing projects for global Line of Business, develop technical pricing tools and implement company requirements.
  • Support case pricing activities globally as well as enhanced rate monitoring process for global portfolio.
  • Drive pricing related aspects of digital transformation strategy and integrate into technical pricing framework.
  • Coordinate facilities portfolio steering.
  • Drive collaboration with Claims department to strengthen claims reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct Realistic Disaster Scenario analysis and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze and manage global LoB portfolio incl. profitability analysis and KPI reporting. This includes monitoring market performance, building up a data pool and optimizing reporting capabilities. In this regard you will also prepare, frame and get data on treaty reinsurance in cooperation with Reinsurance department and finance.
  • Represent LoB / UW in respect of global systems and processes.
  • Promote close collaboration and interaction with the various business areas.
  • Keep abreast of leading market practice and drive innovation.
  • Peer review work from other team members, provide actuarial advice to management and team members.
  • You are a qualified Actuary or in progress towards recognized professional qualification.
  • You have a degree in a quantitative field or you are qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in an international working environment, preferable spanning multiple actuarial areas.
  • Finance and insurance know-how and a good understanding of complexities in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting.
  • Job specific knowledge with regards to market dynamics, regulations / compliance standards, reporting requirements is highly desirable.
  • Quantitative financial and risk modeling know-how with very good computer skills.
  • Capable of leveraging data and analytics to make business more efficient and effective and the ability to communicate results to audiences with differing levels of technical understanding.
  • Fluent in English. German skills of advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
