  • Work as a team member in the deployment of lean management system practices to support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Use Lean management and methodologies to engage teams to solve problems and improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work with the Global Lead Business Excellence to manage, plan, and execute assigned Management System initiatives.
  • Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Help drive local communication, including project updates and other initiatives.
  • Support consistent deployment and quality of the Management System methodology.
  • Train and coach business partners on Management System concepts and methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience with process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.
  • Demonstrable experience in the application of Lean methodologies within a Reinsurance environment is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Mathematics or related field.
  • A professional accounting designation or Lean Certification is a must.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proficiency in data mining and analysis.
  • Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly.
