RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be in charge of merger & acquisition projects including sale mandates, buy mandates, financial modelling and related services
  • Provide advice on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Working with the day-to-day management of transactions, on preparing information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and handling client communications
  • Conducting industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis
  • Completing Valuation and financial modelling, including Discounted Cash Flow and Leverage Buyout analysis
  • Supporting and looking both marketing and business development opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 10 years of work experience in management consultancy or a corporate environment, preferably both
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to be part of a demanding and rewarding environment
  • You are a business oriented person with a strive for developing a network and improving sectorial knowledge of markets
  • You had a significant role in delivering / leading an large improvement programmes including strategy development, stakeholder management,
  • Strong command of both German and English (French is also a plus)
  • Excellent network with entrepreneurs and key decision makers in Switzerland, and a proven track record of business development and transaction completion is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel.
