  • Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver quality client services.
  • Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of actuarial consulting engagements; drive high-quality work products within expected time framers and budget and monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks, and stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or other related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience with at least two years of increased management responsibility; prior actuarial consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Actively pursuing a professional actuarial designation with the Institute of Actuaries, Society of Actuaries, Casualty Actuarial Society or other internationally recognized association, with a minimum of five actuarial exams completed.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as overtime and travel will be required.
