  • Collection and aggregation of both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Maintenance of existing data collection and reporting solutions.
  • Transformation of datasets to suit modelling, reporting and other purposes.
  • Build predictive models to predict insurance cost, customer demand and other more complex problems.
  • Perform validation and due diligence checks to assess data integrity.
  • Procure requested data for the analytics and actuarial teams.
  • Automate repetitive processes.
  • University degree in a quantitative field.
  • Understanding of statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of SAS or SQL programming experience.
  • 1-3 years of R or Python programming experience.
  • Knowledge of Emblem or Radar an asset.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with GLM and other modeling experience.
