  • Perform product pricing for new product development with a focus on the high net worth market as well as the analysis of the financial experience of insurance programs, driving pricing decisions and supporting risk management recommendations.
  • Presenting pricing recommendations to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Developing and improving analytics, pricing methodologies and general business intelligence.
  • Supporting and providing input to the Product team on product design and initiatives.
  • Liaising with the Sales and Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk Management teams.
  • To facilitate internal discussion with product managers, pricing/valuation team and marketing team from Pricing viewpoint.
  • Support product approval negotiation with Corporate / Regional and Regulator.
  • Assist in the annual planning and budgeting cycle.
  • Base study for future new products development opportunity.
  • New product implementation support including system development and sales illustration Testing.
  • Good progress of actuarial exams.
  • At least 5-7 years of actuarial experiences.
  • An effective communicator and good interpersonal skills.
  • A strong and reliable team player as well as able to work independently.
