  • Closely communicate and work with channels and build relationships.
  • Provide all round support to assist channels to explore and tap all business opportunities.
  • Plan, develop, and execute product sales initiatives to best position L&H products, to gain channels' buy-in and to achieve the best business results.
  • Conduct market review and bench-marking to provide recommendation for product and service improvement.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to engage channels effectively to boost insurance sales.
  • Develop and provide all tools and support to facilitate channels' selling.
  • Assist on the development and execution of the service proposition strategy.
  • Bachelor Degree holder.
  • At least 8-years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial industry.
  • Prior experience in dealing with distribution channels is preferred.
  • Extensive insurance sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable of insurance products and the market.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good team player, able to work with others and lead a small team as necessitated.
  • Proficient use in Office, incl. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
