RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Thorough technical validation of code and documentation of ETL and data pipelines, predictive models and its deployment.
  • Provide validation findings and recommendation to the modelers.
  • Develop a champion-challenger model based on a business need.
  • Document the technical findings and present it to Company’s executive team through various risk committees and presentations.
  • Oversee and ensure an end-to-end ML/DL/AI pipelines are consistent and reliable.
  • Assist pipeline automation and other risk analytics efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years advanced education and work experience.
  • Advanced degree in highly quantitative field. PhD is preferred.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and advanced knowledge in Python, Pandas, R, PySpark, SQL and similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of various ML/DL/AI algorithms and libraries, e.g. Scikit-learn, Spark MlLib, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tool, particularly Tableau.
  • Experience with AWS tools, particularly EC2, S3, Sagemaker, etc.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Dockers and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with advanced Git Workflows, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with any microservices such as Flask, Plumber, React, NodeJS, etc.
  • Familiarity with Unix environment and scripting.
  • Good communication skills and capable of expressing ideas clearly and concisely, written and verbal.
  • Fast-learner, proactive, results-oriented, strong problem-solving attitude, and a team player.
