  • Develops and owns relationships throughout company and its key partners maintaining direct communication with Business Segment Leaders and clients.
  • Responsible for managing Business Unit Modeling and Analytical Requirements.
  • Satisfies SLA according to Standard Operation Underwriting and Portfolio Management Processes.
  • Leading the Development of Analytical Tools.
  • Will develop and maintain Cat Modeling Standards and Best Practices.
  • Responsible for leading projects/initiatives, often directing the activities of others.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Seven or more years of insurance industry, emphasis on property insurance, modeling, product and/or team management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Catastrophe Modeling tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, and drive strategies for efficient process, analysis and management of information.
  • Strong analytical skills, work-ethic, including ability to follow-up, focus on details, and take on initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
