  • Leading, conducting and ensure delivery of all Product Pricing and Development activities in accurate and timely manners, within RO/Global guidelines on features and profitability.
  • Leading, review and ensure quality of all Launch Justification Analysis and business case report, including but not limited to Pre LJA and Post LJA, and ensure its delivery inn accurate and timely manners.
  • Leading, conducting and ensure completion of all Local and Regional Product Approval process on timely manners within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Leading and actively contributing in monthly Product Development Committee Meeting and promptly follow up all the pricing and development action points that have been agreed in the meeting.
  • Leading, conducting and ensure delivery and approval of all Financial Services Authority product filing requirement and process within the Service Level Agreement in accurate and timely manners.
  • Leading and managing Product and Portfolio Profitability and Strategy and its control cycle to coupe with market and business demands.
  • Leading, conducting and ensure delivery of all Product Reporting Requirements for internal, OJK and Regional on all period basis in accurate and timely manners.
  • Leading, conducting and ensure arrangement, coverage and delivery of all Reinsurance Management and Activities within the business in accurate and timely manners.
  • Established and updates Customer Centric Product Maps to help the business to accelerate faster.
  • Design and establish Master Contract type of product to improve efficiency in product management.
  • Actively contribute on product proposition and product pricing process for Digital Project.
  • Maintaining good relationship with other departments/operational functions.
  • Monitoring and developing staff performance.
  • A Qualified Fellow of a recognized actuarial institute.
  • Minimum of 10 years' actuarial experience, with at least 5 years in pricing.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and manage the work of junior staff to achieve high quality results under deadline pressure.
  • Business acumen coupled with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and influence outcomes as appropriate.
  • Communication skills to deliver appropriate messaging to audiences in an effective manner.
  • Results driven and ability to work under pressure.
