RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To coordinate, consolidate, provide governance, standardization, and related support to the life entities in the Valuation and Regional/Group financial reporting areas, to comply with company actuarial standards.
  • To provide analysis and guidance to management on specific functions related to financial reporting and actuarial matters.
  • To support, develop and enhance the capability of local actuarial teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Qualified Fellow of a recognized actuarial institute preferred but not necessary.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant reporting/actuarial experience.
  • Good knowledge and experience in related aspects of actuarial work in a life insurance company, such as financial reporting bases, profit signatures, valuation data and processes, actuarial and life policy admin systems, experience studies, capital management, ALM, Strategic Plan, etc.
  • Head / Deputy of Actuarial Valuations/Reporting section experience preferred.
