  • Understand existing studies and client offerings, and the media they are currently delivered to the clients.
  • Learn the different visualization tools used within in the company and other, potentially good, tools to identify the best tool/s to be used.
  • Gradually migrate studies into the identified new visualization tool.
  • Keep an up-to-date review of the different data visualization needs and tools within the insights team.
  • Collaborate within a team to support the requirements of several insights programmers through the year, including maintaining or improving quality standards on deliverables.
  • Work effectively with team members in different time zones.
  • Support the research and development of new concepts and techniques, aided by a strong passion in data visualization and in at least one area of programming, data analysis, statistical analysis and data quality control.
  • Interact with programme managers and colleagues from other areas of Consulting to gain better understanding of the company proposition and global team.
  • Bachelor degree or higher with strong academic performance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficient in programming languages like, R, Python, SQL.
  • Proficient knowledge in at least one of the following tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Shiny or a like.
  • Strong analytical abilities, ability to interrogate and model data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Curious, flexible and learning-oriented.
  • Self-motivated team player.
