Bank or Investment Advisor
  • Accountable for communicating the company’s Asset Allocation recommendation, investment process and investment point of view.
  • Accountable for thought leadership to ensure the company maintains a market leadership role.
  • Support the company’s Canadian based Institutional clients.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant investment industry experience.
  • Must be a registered ICPM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CFA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Asset Allocation experience.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to take initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team; strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
  • Very strong analytical skills synthesizing capabilities coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong background in investment management and the ability to convey difficult concepts in an easy to understand fashion is highly desirable.
  • Proficient analyzing information, developing the message and understand how to position investment solutions including alternatives.
  • Have a deep understanding of portfolio management theory and be able to analyze the manner in which client objectives should influence investment policy.
  • Must have a track record in managing client’s and investment committee’s across pension, unions and non-profit clients.
