  • Identify opportunities to improve business profitability and operational efficiency across Property & Casualty business. Provide and implement solutions to sophisticated business questions using predictive and statistical models.
  • Compile and mine data from various sources. Identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged to improve our product. Validate data accuracy, verify data quality and ensure consistent use across the business.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain predictive models. Monitor model performance and update models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in different functions to define data collection and analysis requirements and establish adequate business understanding to provide effective analysis.
  • Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and cloud services that can further strength our business.
  • Develop new modeling techniques and tools for analytics and reporting.
  • Expert level R programming skills.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning theory.
  • Seasoned SQL and database user.
