  • Support the development of data analytics infrastructure and building of data warehouse for single view of customers.
  • Understanding of both insurance and asset management base including both customers and agents, mapping of data for the use of business decisions.
  • Quantitative analysis facilitating effective targeting, segmentation and identification of opportunities around cross sell/up sell, retention and marketing program optimization.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments / trends in the analytics space and collaborates with regional analytics team to incorporate new ideas in current and future strategies.
  • Institute analytics result tracking / reporting capabilities, and develop best practices in campaign management.
  • Championing Customer Portfolio Management with understanding / maintaining best practices, mapping out of strategies and building the overall management eco-system.
  • Support in advanced analytics such as predictive modeling on lapse policies for better management and approach in handling.
  • Help to embed a culture of test, learn and improve into business units.
  • Degree from a reputable University.
  • Candidates with actuarial or analyst background preferred.
  • Experience in SAS / any other analytics software.
  • Analytical and detailed oriented.
  • Able to communicate with people from all levels.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
