  • Autonomously takes full responsibility of analytical projects in some of the following areas: ratemaking, corporate planning, reinsurance, establishment of adequate claims reserves and/or Data Science.
  • Will be accountable to find the proper ways to meet the needs, deadlines and expectations of its stakeholders.
  • Perform analyses using actuarial data, disclose relevant assumptions, observations and conclusions to the appropriate stakeholders and make recommendations within the established timeline.
  • Master the actuarial work processes to be able to recommend improvements and implement approved modifications.
  • Responsible to find solutions and assist colleagues with their problem-solving of complex situations by sharing understanding of difficult actuarial concepts and providing training on such.
  • Contribute actively to the team’s work by considering the priorities.
  • Help and coach team-mates to make the individual and the whole team more efficient.
  • University Degree.
  • Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, 5 CAS exams preferred.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • P & C Insurance knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, VBA, R.
  • Adaptability, innovate, analytical, critical thinking, planning and organizing, team oriented.
