RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Present on usage of the company products to potential client through personal meetings or via teleconference.
  • Organize and attend industry events, prepare and/or present on various topics, coordinate with clients for participation and follow up client visits across multiple cities.
  • Manage client relationships, assist clients in portfolio analysis and management, and promote the company’s sophisticated risk-modeling techniques.
  • Helping the company’s clients in Japan and other Asian region in resolving queries and training on software usage and various internal modules.
  • Working with other teams in resolving software issues as reported by client.
  • Work closely with Research, Software Service, and Development teams in various offices.
  • Assist team management in several aspects.
  • Help train the team on various projects and manage team’s deliverables.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for development of models, market insights etc.
  • Keep self-updated on latest happening in re/insurance and cat modeling industries.
  • Assist in publishing article, white paper and loss posting.
  • Closely work with our clients and prospects to understand their business needs, help them understand the company models and software, provide training, solve any of their queries with respect to models and software. Also help in creating and expanding those relationships and ultimately growing the company’s market.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be fluent in both Japanese and English
  • 5+ years in using company Product.
  • Experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry and an understanding of how the reinsurance business works.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. This job may requires serving clients in Japan and dealing with Japanese data.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to client services.
  • Good understanding of Japanese non-life insurance market.
  • Excellent skills in creating PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of database concepts with proficiency in SQL.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with good organizational and time management skills is required.
