  • Product development and maintenance:
  • Research the Singapore market including competitors product and pricing comparison for Health products.
  • Work with Marketing team to conduct customer surveys and analyzing results.
  • Coordinate within the Health product development team the conception and execution of the product development plan for all customer and product segments.
  • Cooperate closely with Actuaries, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and Sales team to plan, develop and implement Product.
  • Manage the Project management of the product launches. Make sure all work streams are on track and keeping all stakeholders up to date on the progress of the project timeline on weekly basis.
  • Work closely with the Digital team in development of digital platform for specific products.
  • Initiate, develop or contribute to process efficiency in the whole value chain, including Business Development team, Sales & Distributions; Medical Underwriting, Processing and Claims team.
  • Taking ownership of product implementation in the system with help from the Operations team.
  • Support to Business Development:
  • Assist in preparing the training material on products for various stakeholders.
  • Provide relevant Health-related content for internal and external communication on products and services, including circulars to intermediaries, content for website and social media.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor the performance of the sales campaigns for Health products with Marketing and Communication, Distribution and Digital teams.
  • University degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial / service industry with experience in managing product development in the insurance sector.
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills to develop competitive concepts of products and services.
  • Good leadership skills, proven experience in managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An open attitude to change and ability to forge a vision for the future of the product line.
