  • Be able to manage the team in devising product solutions to support company’s goals by providing customer-centric product solutions through a comprehensive product suite of Universal Life and Traditional products.
  • Be the key lead in product development / campaign projects to ensure successful product launch and implementation.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and management of key product financials.
  • Be able to formulate product strategy to meet company overall strategy as well as the needs of different channels.
  • Be innovative in product research, development and marketing approach.
  • Work closely with different key stakeholders to secure smooth implementation of product and related projects.
  • Lead the team to manage market intelligence analysis to gain insight and provide necessary information to facilitate management decisions.
  • University graduate in discipline such as marketing, business, statistics or actuarial science.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Good business acumen and marketing sense.
  • A good team player and a good project leader.
  • Be able to work and make decision independently.
  • Innovative, with good presentation skills and attentive to details.
  • Good at performing research and be able to synopsize management information.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
