RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce analytical tools and reports for key business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product development through appropriate advice and services.
  • Collaborate with other areas of business by discussing and sharing analyses.
  • Collaborate within the Analytics team by knowledge and insight sharing.
  • Create new and improve existing analytical tools and reports.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of data integrity and confidence of the company’s data quality.
  • Enhance analytical capabilities across the company through learning and practically implementing advanced analytical techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science or other analytical discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent computer skills and programming proficiency.
  • Appetite for continuous learning about new technical developments and best practices throughout the industry as well as ongoing development of leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik is an asset.
  • Attention to details.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
