  • Translating key marketing objectives into campaign analytics programs that help drive marketing ROI.
  • Work in a consultative role with marketing partners and your manager to provide value-added insights in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice on campaign reporting.
  • Help campaign pre-planning, design, execution, measurement and reporting on high impact, direct-to-consumer, marketing programs.
  • Continuously improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging a variety of analytical tools and techniques.
  • Leverage data to formulate statistical solutions to solve business problems.
  • Present results to Advisor and/or partners.
  • Manage the projects timeline to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Strong campaign analytics experience from both a technical and business perspective.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of how campaigns are created by leveraging customer data from internal data warehouses through the use of programming tools such as SAS.
  • An understanding of digital marketing and how to design, execute and measure campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience designing successful direct marketing experiments.
  • Understanding of how to present data using BI tools to drive decisions.
  • A project management mindset to help deliver on time to specifications.
  • Collaborative approach in managing partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate and influence through data and evidence based decisioning.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in campaign analytics, direct marketing role.
  • Knowledge of SQL and SAS; knowledge of databases and data structures; knowledge of vendors and file format requirements.
  • Significant experience with IBM Campaign an asset.
  • Degree in business, science, statistics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
