  • Partner with business unit/s to provide analytical insights on pricing, risk selection, and portfolio segmentation.
  • Perform profitability reviews at both the portfolio level and for individual programs.
  • Assist in developing and testing of pricing models/tools.
  • Develop and improve price monitoring tools and benchmark pricing.
  • Develop and improve data sources.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Three to five years of casualty actuarial work experience.
  • Three to five casualty actuarial exams.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency presenting technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with large amounts of data.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a programming language.
  • Working knowledge of database tools and languages, e.g. Power Pivot, Cognos, SQL.
