RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting practice leaders by delivering on a wide range of consulting projects on a broad range of engagements.
  • Support new business sales initiatives, including new business proposals, from planning to client presentations.
  • Assisting in developing market offerings by contributing with innovative approaches to existing intra-Firm initiatives.
  • Supporting actuarial audit engagements.
  • Staying abreast of technical industry developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the fields Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
  • Progress towards your actuarial Fellowship
  • 2 to 4 years working experience in the Pension & Benefits industry.
  • Ability to work within a team structure and deliver high-quality work under time constraints while at the same time being capable of leading individual work.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other applications in the Microsoft office suite.
  • Programming skills are a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to discuss and present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and time management skills, together with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
