  • Take on responsibility for projects, mandates and development activities specific to his/her field of expertise, the scale and impact of which are significant to the organization and could impact the company as a whole.
  • Advise and support clientele in the positioning, planning, development, fulfillment and follow-up on various strategic mandates under his/her responsibility.
  • Monitor to understand and anticipate trends in his/her field of expertise and make appropriate recommendations to ensure development of best practices.
  • Oversee the development and amendment of policies, standards, models and programs to support the units’ strategic projects and mandates.
  • Develop performance indicators and tracking methods. Identify problems and make recommendations to concerned authorities.
  • Negotiate agreements with decision-making authorities of external businesses or organizations, as required.
  • Frequently represent the unit on various committees made up of senior executives and before decision-making bodies.
  • Serve as a contact person for unit and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
