RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the supervisor with contributions related to the organization of work and the operational and strategic planning of the activities of the unit.
  • Ensure the development, implementation and follow-up of an action plan for its administrative unit is in line with the strategic orientations of the company and integrated with the other administrative units, in a management context performance.
  • Implement management and communication practices that promote change management, attraction and retention of talent, skills development, engagement and diversity, consistent with corporate values.
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the service offer of his unit and ensure the completion of projects under his responsibility to maximize business results and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage individual and team performance in support of the realization of the business plan of its administrative unit.
  • Continuously improve the process management under his responsibility.
  • Promote company's cooperative values.
  • Represent the company and do corporate lookouts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post secondary education in Actuarial science or related Mathematics field.
  • 7 years of Actuarial experience.
  • Have over 5 years of P&C Insurance Industry experience.
  • Be an Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society or Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
  • 4 + years of people management.
  • Proven record of analytics based solutions to operational problems.
