RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing key business data: A business intelligence analyst collects and assesses data such as revenue, sales, market trends, and customer engagement metrics. They may also develop tools and data models to visualize and monitor this data.
  • · Interpreting data: BI analysts identify patterns and areas within the data that indicate opportunities for improving business practices. For instance, they may study market trends to suggest adjustments to a company's product offerings.
  • · Communicating insights: BI analysts share their findings through visualizations like graphs and charts, as well as by creating reports and delivering presentations to various teams or stakeholders. They also provide recommendations for business improvement based on their analysis.
  • · Mapping activities for new platform/system integration: In the event of integrating a new platform or system, BI analysts outline and coordinate the necessary activities to ensure a smooth transition.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • · -Knowing how to manage data, using common data tools such as SQL and BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy) are essential.
