  • Transactional pricing across all lines of business for large commercial risks with domestic and/or international exposures as the case may be
  • Developing and continuously improving pricing models and tools with a view to achieving multi-country alignment as appropriate
  • Assisting in designing, assessing, executing and monitoring underwriting initiatives such as tariff development and re-underwriting
  • Adding value to the commercial insurance underwriting process by providing analytical insights into the portfolio’s performance at different levels
  • Supporting the development and delivery of commercial insurance’s go-to-market approach
  • Driving the pricing part of the profitability analysis cycle incl. cross-functional alignment around portfolio trends and performance and profitability reviews
  • Supporting the definition of a streamlined product architecture and the achievement of the corresponding vision from a pricing perspective
  • Supporting efficient and effective processes to source and leverage commercial insurance data
  • Providing input into financial planning and forecasting
  • Preparing and reporting of relevant statistics and key performance indicators
  • Championing the pricing & analytics transformation in the Swiss business unit; this involves supporting the transition to a data-driven organization and boosting efficiency through state-of-the-art tools, processes, data, infrastructure and way of working
  • Developing and delivering internal pricing training
  • Developing an analytical price for the portfolios in scope in the requisite Quality
  • Actuarial qualification with 3+ years of relevant work experience in a pricing team
  • Knowledge of the Swiss insurance market
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Confidence in communicating technical results to a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively as part of cross-functional teams
  • Solution and customer oriented attitude
