  • Assist with transaction due diligence, ensuring all required deliverables have been obtained for senior management.
  • Play a critical role in improving the transaction due diligence process within Bermuda.
  • Monitor the performance of completed transactions, coordinating with the claims and captive management teams, and present key findings and risks/issues in a clear and concise manner to upper management.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to continuously create, maintain, and improve financial models.
  • Provide support to the Finance team on an ad-hoc basis.
  • College or University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience since completing degree; preferably, in a finance or insurance related role.
  • M&A or relevant corporate finance experience would be preferred.
  • Experience or interest in financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Highly organized and able to handle several competing-priorities.
  • Excellent communication and written skills with an ability to work on a variety of tasks and assimilate new information quickly.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel.
