RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct indication analysis to ensure rate adequacy of individual accounts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate results of analysis to the managers, underwriters and brokers will build on ongoing performance and data knowledge.
  • By demonstrating a deep understanding of pricing tools and models used for the evaluation, support the strategy for future experience for new and renewal accounts.
  • Recommend alternative pricing solutions based on rare characteristics of the large accounts, and drive this in the work you do.
  • Contributions in the crafting of ad-hoc pricing projects to improve our team’s level of sophistication will deeply impact business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, actuarial science or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • ACAS or near ACAS is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in P&C industry combined with appropriate academic background and analytical experience.
  • A deep understanding of insurance principles and actuarial pricing techniques is required.
  • Believes in working collaboratively with a team and cross-functional areas.
