  • Ownership of the product strategy, product design and development. Identify and appraise new opportunities including relationship development, new products, new channels and new markets.
  • Direct the review process and evaluation of company competitive position, including lifecycle management of overall product portfolio, recommending actions to achieve profitable growth and enterprise strategy.
  • Subject matter expertise in the pricing process, plan investment offerings, regulatory/legislative landscape, monitoring of product statistics, and consultative sales process for both public and private sector channels.
  • Lead the team in the solutions development process acting as Business Delivery Executives in the planning and execution phases of Tier 1 programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Managers and functional executive management with all areas including Counsel, Compliance, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Work with the sales force to develop new sales processes and manage relationships, especially in situations where an approach will widen, deepen, or improve our share of the distribution channel. Partner with Finance to develop retention and acquisition strategies including sales incentives, rewards programs, etc.
  • Oversee product and service delivery in accordance with NF Solutions Development process. Champion the process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of execution
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, insurance, or related field. .
  • Ten years of experience in actuarial, sales, product development, marketing, operations, or relationship management.
  • A significant portion of the experience should be positions responsible to the distribution channel for this position, product development, and/or the actuarial function.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and evaluate diverse projects and analyze, prioritize, evaluate, and make decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills used to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel; Represents the company’s with customers, distribution partners and on industry committees.
