RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Client Management - Develop and maintain client relationships;
  • Implement initiatives for company products, tools and services through training and regular meetings;
  • Manage and understand individual client needs and develop strategic plan to meet those needs;
  • Project Management - Supervise and account for the execution of project plan;
  • New Business Development - Generate new business and/or product lines for the organization's growth;
  • Implement brand recognition by participating in seminars/events and research papers, etc;
  • Mentor others and support their professional growth.
  • Initiative - Ability to decide in an independent way what actions should be taken;
  • Effective Communication - Demonstrates the ability to convey thoughts and express ideas effectively, both verbally and written;

QUALIFICATIONS
  • ***Required***
  • FSA designation (or ASA designation with additional experience);
  • Minimum of 8 years of healthcare actuarial experience;
  • 2-3 years of project management and client management experience;
  • Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics.
  • ***Prefered***
  • Experience in one or more of our core areas (Medicaid, healthcare reform, ACA, Provider Sponsored Organizations and Medicare Advantage);
  • Internal or external client management experience;
