  • Actuarial analysis and recommendations: Perform analyses using actuarial data, (product pricing, reserves, financial projections, etc. ) disclose relevant assumptions, observations and conclusions to the appropriate stakeholders and make recommendations within the established timeline.
  • Work processes improvement: Master the actuarial work processes to be able to recommend improvements and implement approved modifications.
  • Complex problem-solving and knowledge sharing: Responsible to find solutions and assist colleagues with their problem-solving of complex situations by sharing understanding of difficult actuarial concepts and providing training on such.
  • Prioritization and coaching: Contribute actively to the team’s work by considering the priorities. Help and coach team-mates to make the individual and the whole team more efficient.
  • University Degree.
  • Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, 3 CAS exams preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • P & C Insurance knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, VBA.
  • Adaptability, innovate, analytical, critical thinking, planning and organizing, team orient.
